Annual Appeal for Donations
Dear Friends and Family,
This has been a year like no other for the world and the Cystic Fibrosis community. Although the Hearts for Hope Annual Gala will not be held this year due to the pandemic, the need to assist families is greater than ever. The Foundation continues to focus on our mission of providing financial assistance to families battling Cystic Fibrosis. This past year, the Hearts for Hope Foundation has assisted CF patients and their families in a number of ways, including: medical co-payments, necessary medical equipment, and financial support to pay rent, utilities and car repairs when families are in crisis due to lost wages. Many of our CF families have been out of work since March due COVID and are finding it difficult to make ends meet.
